CLASS SCHEDULE

All TK-Fit classes are held at Lenox Fit, 90 Pittsfield Rd, Lenox (across from The Arcadian Shop).

To bring: bottle of water. Mats and towels are provided. NO STREET SHOES are allowed on gym floor. Please bring a pair of sneakers with you. Workout clothing consisting of loose, breathable material is most suitable.

 

Indoor Bootcamp

Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays at 5:00am & Monday at 6:30pm. This class is a mix of cardiovascular endurance and strength building set to high intensity intervals. Gym equipment including free weights are incorporated into the class as well as your own body weight. Modifications are offered for each exercise and there is the ability to take the class at your own pace.

 

Cardio Kickboxing

Thursday evenings: 5:30pm. Duration: 60 minutes. This class is focused on building cardiovascular endurance through challenging and fun boxing sequences and combinations. This class is energetic! 15 -20 minute abs/glutes exercises are added to the end of each class.

Total Body Shred

Saturday mornings: 7:00am. Duration: 60 minutes. This class uses a 3-2-1 interval approach circuits: 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs are performed to give the right amount of intensity and recovery to shed fat and define muscle.
