All TK-Fit classes are held in downtown Lenox, MA in the studio at 4 Main St, Lenox (In the Curtis Building).
To bring: bottle of water, a mat, and towel for sweat (optional). Please wear boots in the winter weather and bring your sneakers to change into. Workout clothing consisting of loose, breathable material is most suitable.
Monday nights 5:30pm. Duration: 60 minutes. This class is geared for those who want a mix of cardiovascular endurance training and muscular strength building. Several training circuits are set up throughout the room. The pace is fast in this challenging fitness class. Modifications are offered for each exercise and there is the ability to take the class at your own pace.
Arms, Abs, & Glutes
Wednesday mornings 5:30am*. Duration: 60 minutes. A class solely devoted to strengthening and toning your arms, abdominals, and glutes. Minimal impact, maximum strength! Hand weights are provided and used during class. *Class will resume 0n Wednesday 8/23.
Thursday evenings*: 5:30pm. Duration: 60 minutes. This class will be a one stop shop class to increase cardiovascular endurance and tone muscles. These 60 minute workouts will focus on boosting your cardiovascular fitness. You will see improvement in your endurance as you continue to come to 6 weeks of Tuesday’s classes. After a stretch and warm up, we will spend 30 minutes on high intensity cardiovascular training. This will be followed by an abdominal workout and stretching. Due to the high intensity intervals I will take you through during these workouts your heart rate will climb and fat burning will be at its max! *Last class will be Thursday, 8/10
Thursday evenings*: 5:30pm. Duration: 60 minutes. Training geared for those that want to to increase cardiovascular endurance and tone muscles. Class includes 40 minutes of high impact movements (with low impact options provided) and kickboxing combinations. No equipment is used. 15 – 20 minute floor exercises at the end of class. *Class will resume 0n Thursday 8/31.
Cardio Strength Fusion
Saturday mornings: 7:00am. Duration: 60 minutes. This class will be a one stop shop class to increase cardiovascular endurance and tone muscles. Intense intervals of cardio, plyometrics and strength training using body weight and free weights will give you maximum cardio burn.
